Painting a wood box can seem like a simple task, but for me, it was a powerful experience of releasing my emotions into the piece. As I rapidly flowed, I felt a sense of tension in my body, and I knew that I needed to channel that energy into the painting. I started by choosing colors that spoke to me. As I applied the first stokes, I felt various emotions channeling through me. I let myself get lost in the painting, allowing the colors and forms to take shape in a way that felt intuitive and natural. With each hit, I felt myself letting go of the tension that had been building up inside me. I allowed my emotions free flowing, releasing them into the wood box. The colors seemed to take on a life of their own, swirling and mixing in a way that was both chaotic and beautiful. At times, I found myself getting lost in the three dimensional piece, forgetting everything else around me. I was completely absorbed in the creative process, allowing myself to express my emotions in a way that was honest and unfiltered. As I stepped back from the finished the box, I felt a sense of relief. I had released something inside me that had been weighing me down, and the wood box now bore the mark of that release. It was a physical manifestation of my emotions, a tangible reminder of the power of creative expression. In the end, I realized that painting the wood box had been more than just a creative exercise - it had been a cathartic experience of releasing my emotions and finding a sense of peace within myself.
