"Guilt is a complex emotion that can manifest in different ways. There are three layers of guilt: natural, toxic, and existential. As human beings, we all experience feelings of guilt in one way or another.

In my work, I explore my sense of responsibility in relation to humanity as a whole. Through my paintings, I attempt to ask questions about the things that I cannot fully comprehend. I seek to understand the nature of guilt - where it comes from, what it really means, and how we can deal with and process our emotions.

I believe that there are various stages and levels we have to move through in order to overcome feelings of guilt. The story we tell ourselves about our guilt is the story we will believe. Carrying a burden of unnecessary guilt can hold us back, but by moving through stages of permission, acceptance, and eventually freedom, we can find peace and move forward."
